We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, as well as data collected automatically:

  • Personal Identity: Name, email address, password, and profile image.
  • Health Data: Weight, height, age, gender, and activity levels.
  • Device Data: Device ID, Advertising ID, IP address, operating system, and browser type.

2. HealthKit and Google Fit Data

To provide our core tracking features, Health Fusion 360 integrates with Apple's HealthKit and Google Fit. We read data such as step count, calories burned, heart rate, and sleep analysis from these services.

Important Transparency Note:

We Explicitly confirm that we do not use, sell, rent, or share HealthKit or Google Fit data for marketing, advertising, or use-based data mining purposes. This data is used solely to provide personal health insights, visualize your progress, and power our AI prediction engine. Your health data stays private and secure.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

  • To facilitate account creation and the login process.
  • To provide personalized health insights via our 360 AI engine.
  • To send you push notifications regarding your daily goals and achievements.
  • To improve our App's functionality and user experience.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. When you delete your account, or if your account becomes inactive for a prolonged period (as defined in our Terms), we delete or anonymize your personal data from our servers within 30 days.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Request Account Deletion:

We provide a simple way to permanently delete your data:

  • In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account to initiate the process immediately.
  • Email: Send a request to support@healthfusion360.ai with subject "Account Deletion Request".

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data without parental consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
